I believe strength training is an act of self-respect. Through personalized coaching, I help women build curves through strength training and confidence by transforming the way they think and speak to themselves. Because true transformation isn't just about changing your body — it's about changing the relationship you have with yourself.
I'm Charity — a certified personal trainer and mindset coach with a singular focus: helping women build bodies they're proud of and confidence that lasts.
But my passion for this work comes from personal experience.
I know firsthand what it's like to struggle with food, body image, and the emotional rollercoaster of losing and regaining weight. Over the course of my own journey, I lost more than 100 pounds and have maintained that transformation for over 16 years.
Because lasting change isn't built on restriction, perfection, or quick fixes. It's built on sustainable habits, self-respect, and learning how to create a healthy relationship with food and with yourself.
My approach combines strength training, mindset coaching, and real-life experience to help women achieve results they can maintain for a lifetime.
Every client is met exactly where she is. No judgment. No shortcuts. Just an intentional partnership focused on helping you become your strongest, healthiest, and most confident self — inside and out.
Because I've walked this road myself, I don't just teach transformation.
I've lived it.
She no longer speaks to herself with punishment, but with patience. She no longer chases perfection, but practices self-respect. And from that place, she becomes unstoppable.
